保险适用情况

The insurance provided by our company covers the following situations:

・若发生交通事故，有第三方当事人且 承租方无责任，则承租方 无需承担任何费用。

・若经认定承租方无责任，所有损失由第三方或其保险公司承担，承租方无需负担费用。

English Version：
If the accident involves a collision with no third party, or if a third party is involved but the Renter is found to be fully at fault, the Renter shall bear the initial responsibility for any resulting damages. This includes situations such as reversing into a pole or causing bumper deformation. Should the vehicle require repairs, the Renter agrees to pay a loss-of-use fee for the duration of the repair period, calculated at the daily rental rate.

事故与故障处理

如车辆发生事故或无法继续行驶，承租方须于 24 小时内联络租车公司，公司将协助安排替换车辆。

若为 非事故原因（如轮胎漏气、爆胎等），则须由承租方自行处理，使车辆恢复正常使用。

English Version：
In case of an accident, the Renter must contact the rental company within 24 hours. If the issue arises from a non-accident cause (e.g., flat tire), the Renter must handle and pay for the repair independently.

燃油规定

车辆交付时为 满油状态。承租方归还时须同样加满油箱（需实际加满，而非估算）。

若油量低于取车时，将依实际缺油量 收取燃油补差费。

English Version：
The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank. The Renter must refill it to full before returning; otherwise, fuel charges will apply.

租赁与还车时间

• 租赁时间以 24 小时 为 1 天，自取车时起计。
• 若延迟还车 超过 4 小时，按 1 天租金计算。
• 承租方须于合约指定地点取还车，如需异地交还，将依距离收取额外费用。

一般交接时间：免费 08:00–20:00

非工作时间交接：每次收取 200 泰铢服务费。

English Version：
The rental period is 24 hours per day. Returns over 4 hours late incur a full-day charge. Vehicle pickup/return outside 08:00–20:00 will incur a THB 200 service fee.

特别声明

如承租方 违反租赁合约、条件或涉及违法行为，本公司有权立即终止合约并收回车辆，无需事前通知。
保证金退还与否，将由公司依实际情况与个案酌情决定。

English Version：
If the Renter breaches the agreement or engages in illegal acts, the Rental Company reserves the right to terminate the contract and repossess the vehicle immediately. Deposit refunds are subject to case-by-case evaluation.
